Mr. Madhab Dhruba Chowdhry (B. Com Honors, special subject Accountancy & Business Organization from Calcutta University) is Founder Director and Chairman of SMILE Group Companies. He has total work experience of 18+ years’. He has worked in the companies like HDFC Life Insurance, TATA AIG Life Insurance, and ICICI Home Loan (as consultant). He has started “SMILE Group of Companies” in the year 2014 and Affordable Home Development Business (Housing for All) in 2016-17. He looks after Fund Raising, Project Investment, Project Loan, Home Loan for Customers, PMAY subsidy, Land Acquisition for Projects, Legal Compliances, Customers’ Management.
Mr. Keshab Chaudhuri, Director
Mr. Keshab Chaudhuri (Economics Graduate from Calcutta University, Supply Chain Management Professional) is Founder Director & Group CEO of all SMILE Group Companies. He has 18+ years’ experience in large scale Agriculture Projects Management, Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, Organization Building, Business Development and Team Development. He has worked in Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. (Mumbai), S&P Energy PLC. (Ethiopia, East Africa) and Olam International (Gabon, West Africa). He has travelled to many countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He looks after all Business Functions, Business Expansion, Project Management, Project Construction Operations, Marketing & Brand building, Sales & Customer Service, Team management.
Mr. Prakash Gore, Director
Mr. Prakash Gore brings 36 years of experience in working in finance and accounting of different scale of construction projects and joined SMILE Intra Trade (I) Pvt. Ltd. (SITIPL) as a Director. He has worked in the organizations – Brooke Bond, Hindustan Builders, Larsen & Toubro Ltd. He is responsible for project management, accounts, monitoring of execution works, vendors management and materials management. He is responsible for CIDCO/NAINA approval, RERA compliance, Engineering plan and Safety & Security.
Mrs. Manisha Shalik Pawar, Director
Mrs. Manisha Shalik Pawar is Founder Director of SMILE Intra Trade (I) Private Limited. Prior to joining SMILE Intra Trade Group, she was in life insurance business in at HDFC Life Insurance for 11 years and have achieved – Toppers club 2012-13, Gold club 2012, FYFP 2013, MDRT 2013. She is responsible to look after the business of PARBATI Mahila Griha Udyog and its “Grihini Store” in Dhulia district.
